Role Purpose
The Maintenance Supervisor will lead a team responsible for the repair, upkeep, and preventive maintenance of textile machinery, utilities, and facility systems. This role requires strong technical knowledge of textile production equipment, effective leadership, and a focus on minimizing downtime to ensure high-quality, efficient production.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct maintenance staff, ensuring safety, efficiency, and timely completion of work.
- Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for textile machinery such as opening, carding, spinning, dyeing, and finishing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Ensure proper calibration and alignment of equipment to maintain product quality and reduce defects.
- Conduct regular inspections of production equipment to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
- Maintain accurate logs, work orders, and equipment performance records.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate timely procurement of critical supplies.
- Enforce compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and internal policies.
- Train and mentor maintenance staff on textile-specific machinery, troubleshooting, and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve machine efficiency and reliability.
- Support organizational change initiatives to sustain a stable and efficient operation.
- Partner with manufacturing leaders to drive effective decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal, environmental, health and safety, and employment regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree in electrical engineering preferred.
- 5–6 years of maintenance experience in textile manufacturing, including at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of textile production machinery.
- Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Experience with maintenance management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Position Overview
KRAIBURG TPE Corp. is seeking a Product Development Engineer to join its Product Development team. This role is a replacement position is critical to maintaining and further developing our technical capabilities, particularly in color formulation and new products for the automotive segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) formulations, with a strong emphasis on color masterbatch technologies
- Support automotive product development activities, including material customization to meet OEM and Tier-1 requirements
- Participate in technical meetings with customers, providing formulation insight and material recommendations
- Collaborate with Application Engineering, Sales, Quality, and Manufacturing teams
- Support internal formulation documentation, testing, and validation activities
- Represent KRAIBURG TPE at technical conferences, industry events, and customer trials
- Support continuous improvement of color matching, formulation robustness, and process stability
Required Qualifications
- ~5 years of experience working at a color masterbatch company within the plastics industry
- Bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines:

- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Experience supporting customer-facing technical discussions
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 20% (domestic and international)
Preferred Qualifications

Role Purpose
The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of mill operations during assigned shifts, including safety, production, quality, cost control, waste reduction, housekeeping, maintenance, employee relations, training, and planning. This role ensures operational excellence while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive Productivity and Ensure Product Quality
- Supervise daily operations to ensure safety procedures and correct production methods are consistently followed.
- Coordinate workflow to maintain balanced material flow and efficient work-in-progress management.
- Analyze production reports, inventory data, and system outputs to make informed operational decisions.
- Utilize production and inventory control systems to track and meet or exceed daily production targets in alignment with S&OP goals.
- Ensure clear and effective shift handovers, including safety updates, housekeeping checks, and production progress reviews.
- Oversee quality checks and maintain an environment that supports consistent delivery of high-quality products.

- Perform and interpret quality checks using Statistical Process Control (SPC) tools.
- Use data systems to verify production metrics and resolve discrepancies promptly.

- Maintain accurate attendance, performance, and payroll records using Kronos or other designated systems.
- Provide thorough updates to incoming supervisors and promote effective communication across shifts.
- Build strong working relationships with team members and cross-functional partners to ensure a cohesive work environment.
Qualifications and Experience
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management or related field
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a spinning mill or textile manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer systems and data entry; experience with Kronos preferred
- Familiarity with quality control systems and basic mechanical troubleshooting
